Dominions Demo

Requirements

General: 16 MB ram, about 60 MB of hard drive space.
Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP: Pentium 90MHz.
Linux (Intel): X-Windows, glibc>=2.2 (available on RedHat>=7.1 or Mandrake>=8.0) .
Linux (Power PC): X-Windows, glibc>=2.2.3 (available on Mandrake>=8.2)
Solaris: Sparc computer. Solaris 8 (other version may or may not work, try out the demo).
Mac OS X: OS X version 10.1 or newer.

Unsupported Versions:
HPUX: HP-UX >= 10.20, PA-RISC >=1.1, There is no sound in the HPUX version.
IRIX: Anything compatible with IRIX 6.3. Try out the demo and see if it works! There is no sound in the IRIX version.

There is also a HPUX and IRIX version included in the Linux/Solaris download, but they have no sound and are an old version (1.01) incompatible with the newer versions. Update: HPUX version is now 1.14.

Patches

There are no patches for the demo. Download the entire demo to upgrade to version 1.15 which is the newest demo version.

Full Version Patches (to version 1.15)

Download patch for Windows. Just execute the file and Dominions will be upgraded.

Download patch for Linux (Intel x86) . Replace your old dom (e.g. /usr/bin/dom) file with this new one and the old data files (/usr/games/dominions/...) with the new ones from the tar archive.

Download patch for Power PC Linux (Linux for Mac) . Replace your old dom (e.g. /usr/bin/dom) file with this new one and the old data files (/usr/games/dominions/...) with the new ones from the tar archive.

Download patch for Solaris. Replace your old dom (e.g. /usr/bin/dom) file with this new one and the old data files (/usr/games/dominions/...) with the new ones from the tar archive.

Download patch for Mac OS X. Download patch for Mac OS X. Unzip file, control-click on it, and select "Show Package Contents". Then open up your dominions application in the same manner and replace all the individual files (not entire folders) in the dominions application with their corresponding equivalents from the patch.
